Regular meetings are held at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber on the first Tuesday in the months of February, April, June, October and December, the third Tuesday in July, and on the first Tuesday on an as-needed basis only during the months of March, May, September and November. No meetings are held during January or August.
